Setting Up Resources

Adding staff members for booking can be done by selecting the Resources tab on the Setup Page.

Click on Add Resource. Select the Resource Type and enter the following details: 
       • Name
       • Description (if any) 
       • Phone number
       • Email address

Managed resources are resources that don't need to be added as users in QR Booking. Marking a resource as Managed Resource fills up the Phone and Email Address of the resource tagged as the manager. 

Next, select the color for the staff and the services they specialize in.

Add their available times by clicking on Add New, selecting the time and days they are available. Click on Save to save the time. Then, click on the other Save button to complete the resource's profile.
