With Activity Report, you and your support team can view and log hours spent on a specific request. To log their entries, click on Activity Report and select a project/lane. Then, enter the reference number of the task, the total number of hours spent on that request, then hit Done. Do this for all of the tasks that you have done for the day, then click on Save Changes.
You can view and export to Excel a team member's hours in Individual Report. You can also filter the number of hours spent by the individual according to project/lane, and the start and end dates.
You can also export the aggregate hours of your team through Team Reports, or filter according to date. Special days like holidays and rest days are also marked.
