Menu Button

You will find the following tabs within the Menu Button:
  1. Customer/Guest/Tenant Link
  2. Customer Profile
  3. Service Menu
  4. Survey
  5. Report

Customer/Guest/Tenant Linking


Allows you to link a customer via the QuickReach ID. Simply paste or type the QuickReach Id of the customer then click on Verify. 



This generates the customer's/guest's/tenant's profile. Click on Link Customer/Guest/Tenant to link them to your establishment. 


Customer Profiles


View the profiles of customers who have made use of your services.


Service Menu


Add a list of services or menu offered. 


Survey


Send surveys to linked customers to get input and responses for your establishment.


Report


View reports for Response and Service Times in Report.
