Add and Customize Request Lanes

You can customize request lanes by going to the Dashboard settings in settings.



Here you can change the name of service lanes. To do so, click on the name of the service and type in the new name. To edit the order of the lane, tick the check box beside the service name and click on the arrow to move the lane up or down.



To add a new lane, click Add. Type in the name of the service, enable timers (if any), set the Response Time and Service Time (if applicable) and enable SMS (if needed).



Click on Save Changes if any customization is done.
